I stopped going to Audi Fletcher Jones when they told me the squeak in my Cabriolet was due to my not using the car often. Not happy with that opinion I asked my neighbor where he takes his Audi. He suggested Bimmer & Benz. I brought the Cabriolet to B & B as I was going up to Big Bear the next weekend. It turned out the noise was my power steering fluid was leaking. ZIKES! Imagine going p the mountain to Big Bear and the power steering goes out??? I prefer not to think of what could have happened.

My BMW was overheating and Rocky was able to give me a full run down of everything related to the issue through email with pictures and an itemized expense report, including things I didn't know were in need of tune ups/fixing. He gave me an all in quote but since I was looking to get a new car anyway he was able to fix exactly what the issue was in order to trade in the car at a dealership. I wish I found them sooner, would have been much better long term maintenance than what I was getting elsewhere. Work was done quickly, affordably and communication was prompt. 10/10

I found Bimmer and Benz Specialists while calling around looking for someone who could quickly repair a busted module in a Mini Cooper I had already listed for sale. I had left it at a local dealership, and they had just quoted me for repairs at almost as much as the value of the car. I was in a tough spot, as I don't live in the area, but the car did. While speaking to the proprietor, Rocky, about my situation, he made a compelling offer: he would pick up the car from the dealership I had left it at, and Bimmer and Benz Specialists would perform an inspection and make an offer to buy the car from me themselves. There were a lot of unknowns about this situation, but I agreed to it as Rocky was a genial guy and this was a very convenient solution. Throughout the process, Rocky was communicative, accommodating, and honest to a degree that I am frankly not familiar with in this field. All-told, he made a fair offer, which I accepted, and he held to his word until our deal was completely closed. It was a fantastic experience that relieved me of a lot of stress, given the circumstances. Rocky and his team come highly recommended.
