Always outstanding service! Rocky is honest and stands behind the work! Here's an example of most recent experience. Rocky had diagnosed a failing blower motor regulator as the cause of fluctuations in AC air volume. Before having this repair performed, I was at Crevier Mini having the sunroof checked & serviced. Crevier checked the car and said that the Alternator was weak and was causing the problem!!!! Of course they offered to replace it for about $900! . Subsequently Rocky replaced the regulator, which fixed the problem and for MUCH less than $900. So my feedback... Bimmer & Benz = 5 stars....Crevier Mini Service = 2 stars. and not worth the 'free' car wash! Bottom line: Why would you go anywhere other than Bimmer & Benz?!

I think that Rocky, Sare and the entire staff do an outstanding job of making their customers feel comfortable, updating them about the status of their cars, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is one of the best companies I have dealt with and I give Bimmer Specialists my highest recommendation!.

They will do all necessary and additional testing on your vehicle until it is operating correcting. I had to leave my BMW at the shop twice....but it was well worth it. The car is running the way it should be......the "please check engine soon" light is no longer an issue. :)

It was the best service I've had - Rocky sat down with me and went over everything in detail. He told me what could wait and what couldn't. He made sure that I had everything I needed and was very polite. The shop was very clean and comfortable.
