No funny business with the final bill when I went to pay. Complementary car wash and vacuum was an unexpected nice touch. A legitimate 5 Star operation.

Synthetic oil is ordered from Europe to ensure its contents, technicians are smart and well-trained, and pricing is incredibly reasonable. You might shop around and find that you can get an equivalent job done for cheaper somewhere else, but when it comes to cars, you get what you pay for. At Bimmer and Benz, you're paying for unequaled care and attention, plus smiles and pleasantries when you walk into the place. As I mentioned, Rocky is really the linchpin that holds the operation together. He is incredibly knowledgeable and straight-shooting; he tells it like it is. I specifically started my relationship with the shop while shopping for used cars. I had Rocky and his staff check out a car for me and he saved me from purchasing a car that needed close to $4k in repairs.
