First brought my E90 3 series in for a bumper to bumper tune up and left with what felt like a brand new car, I don't think it ran that good since day delivery was taken! Fair and transparent pricing (I knew what I was paying before work was started, with no 'extra' surprises), exceptional work, very informative and detail oriented in helping me understand the work that was needed and what it did and why, I was never 'not in the know'. After a couple of years of spirited driving with a few visits for oil changes it was time for a more practical approach and I sold the 3 for a X5 and since Rocky has been so good to me, and he is also an authorized dealer alternative ( CHEAPER AND HIGHER QUALITY) my first stop was to see him. Gave him my new (used) X5 for diagnosis, topped off some fluids, discussed future service needs and replaced all four tires with a more comfortable, suitable set for my needs. Waiting area is very clean, current magazines, Kurig coffee machine, refrigerated water/soda, clean bathroom. Big windows that allow you to see into the shop, which is very clean....(one of the cleanest I have ever seen.) Rocky is very outgoing and fun loving. Makes you feel at ease the minute you meet him, treats you with respect and professional courtesy that is so hard to find these days. He values your time as well and will go above and beyond to ensure that your time is not wasted. He does this by offering a free loaner car and/or will even pick you up or drop you off if needed. His shop is close to the freeway and in a nice part of the neighborhood, walking distance to a couple of good places to eat and get coffee if one wished. Bottom line is if you want quality service with a smile and the confidence to know its been done right the first time without breaking the bank, then Rocky and his team at Bimmer and Benz is the place to go.

I’ve been coming to Rocky for years. I like that he keeps up his traing for late model cars, takes the time to do a full inspection and give and give me a list of what going on with my car. I always feel good when I leave knowing my car has had been well takin care of.
