Was making sales calls in Newport Beach last week for a couple of days, on my last day there before I return to the Bay Area, my Mercedes engine completely turned off. I was in heavy Morning traffic at a stop light when my car went dead. Was able to star it again and pulled into a mall parking lot when it died again. I called a few local Mercedez repair garages, everyone was booked and nobody could see me until the next day. On my fifth call to Bimmer and Benz, Rocky the owner said he would be able to look at it if I had it towed to his place. Triple A towed it to him he said go have lunch and I’ll call you in a couple of hours. When he called me back he said he found the problem could fix it and get me on my way. He was able to find the sensor that I needed and replaced it. When I arrived at his place I was a nervous wreck, he was calm, cool and professional. I settled down after talking him and he said everything would be find. I wished he had a shop in Silicon Valley where I live, I would use and recommend him to all my friends. What a wonderful person to deal with, he’s the Best! When I left it was a very hot day he gave me a couple bottles of cold water💦 and said goodbye! Ron Salas
