Last week I drove down to Newport Beach from the Bay Area to make sales calls for two days, on the second day the engine on my Mercedez completely turned off at a traffic light during morning commute, causing a traffic headache, Finally got it restarted and pull into a Mall parking lot, not sure what was going on, the engine turned off again and wouldn’t start up. Call a few Mercedes repair shops and no one could help me until the following day. I did reach Bimmer and Benz, the owner Rocky said he could look at it if I towed it to his garage. Triple A towed it to B&B, Rocky said go have lunch and I’ll call you in a couple of hours when I find your problem. Two hours later Rocky said found your problem can fix it and get you on the way. He was able to order a crankshaft sensor replaced it and put me on my way. When I arrived at B&B Rocky was calm, cool and professional, I was a nervous wreck. After talking to him I felt at ease and was sure he would be able to get me back on the road. If I lived in the area I take my car in for regular car maintenance, he’s the Best. Was making sales calls in Newport Beach last week for a couple of days, on my last day there before I return to the Bay Area, my Mercedes engine completely turned off. I was in heavy Morning traffic at a stop light when my car went dead. Was able to star it again and pulled into a mall parking lot when it died again. I called a few local Mercedez repair garages, everyone was booked and nobody could see me until the next day. On my fifth call to Bimmer and Benz, Rocky the owner said he would be able to look at it if I had it towed to his place. Triple A towed it to him he said go have lunch and I’ll call you in a couple of hours. When he called me back he said he found the problem could fix it and get me on my way. He was able to find the sensor that I needed and replaced it. When I arrived at his place I was a nervous wreck, he was calm, cool and professional. I settled down after talking him and he said everything would be find. I wished he had a shop in Silicon Valley where I live, I would use and recommend him to all my friends. What a wonderful person to deal with, he’s the Best! When I left it was a very hot day he gave me a couple bottles of cold water💦 and said goodbye! Ron Salas

Had to tow my baby into Bimmer and Benz on a flatbed. So sad! They had my loaner car waiting when I arrived. I expected it would be in the shop a few days. To my surprise, I got a call a few hours later. It just needed a couple radiator hoses and I was back on the road by end of day!

Rocky is absolutely awesome. He breaks down the information is a very clear concise manner, and is a very personable guy. Rocky's team is very detail oriented in the care and service of my car. Hey, and on a hot day, he even has chilled water for the parched customers; a plus.

I’ve been going to Bimmer and Benz for a few years now and I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Rocky has great costumer service and communication skills. I know very little about cars and he always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in I way I understand. The pricing is transparent and broken down part by part so you know exactly what your paying for. I’ve never had any surprise charges added on. On top of having exceptional customer service skills (which is hard to come by there days!) the quality of their work is exceptional. I consistently leave Bimmer and Benz feeling very safe and satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to any BMW or Benz owner
