Bimmer and Benz is a family owned facility. Warm welcomes with smiles and coffee or a bottle of water. They returned an estimate in less than 24 hours. It was a very detailed report and I was confident from the beginning my baby was in the right place. Will most definitely be coming back for future matinence appointments.

My experience at Bimmer & Benz was Excellent. I previewed B & B prior to choosing it as the installer for tires I purchased for my Mercedes SL63 through Tire Rack. My initial review revealed a clean and well organized shop and clean and comfortable waiting area. In addition Tire Rack gives it it's top rating as an installer in Costa Mesa. Rocky called me when the tires were delivered to set up an appointment. I enjoyed the comfortable waiting area while the tires were installed and an alignment performed. During the process Rocky provided feedback on other issues that needed addressing on my vehicle, some of which the shop could preform, however, at no time did he use high pressure sales tactics to perform the work. His advice was valuable. He is highly knowledgeable of the maintenance requirements of Mercedes automobiles. Overall the experience was above average. I highly recommend this facility to anyone owning a German automobile. Thanks Rocky.

Friendly Service work was done well and in a timely fashion .

Was Leary because this shop is next door to the dealer and the dealer refused to allow me to take the car anywhere else. However, the inspection report was comprehensive and uncovered multiple issues not disclosed by the dealer. The inspection report and issues disclosed saved me from buying a vehicle with multiple thousands of dollars worth of problems.
