Rocky is great, knows his stuff. BMW n54 oil filter and oil cooler housing gaskets were leaking, they replaced them quickly and even cleaned my interior. I brought up walnut blasting my intake and he reached out to me that since the intake needs to come off to replace the gaskets, he could add that on and cut down on the labor costs. He also gave me advice on other work that I was going to do myself, very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to any bmw owners.

I've been taking my MINI to Bimmer and Benz for about four years now. From standard maintenance (oil changes) to emergencies (dead battery) to less clear issues (transmission/engine mystery sounds) they have helped me to solve the issue and get me back out on the road. I really appreciate that the issue and their approach to solving it is always clearly explained to me and that there are no surprise costs. The owner (Rocky) and the mechanic (Jerry) both took time to speak with me about the car. They answered my questions and put my mind at ease about a car that is getting older. I truly appreciate knowing I can rely on them to keep my car in its best condition and keep me on the road.

Rocky and his staff are second to none! My mini cooper had it’s first mechanical issue and i chose Bimmer & Benz over the dealership solely off their google reviews, and i’m so glad i did. Rocky was kind enough to drive a few blocks to pick up my car from me and had the repairs done within 24 hours. I am pretty clueless when it comes to cars and rocky was incredibly patient and thorough when explaining what i needed done. Obviously when owning a BMW made car I already knew this was going to be an expensive fix, but the transparency & detail in the quote i was given reassured me i was getting an honest price and honest work.
