Having moist recently moved back to Newport Beach a neighbor referred me to Bimmer & Benz as I was not happy with Fletcher Jones Audi. Rocky prevented me from having a potential serious accident on the drive up to Big Bear when it turned out my power steering fluid was leaking and Fletcher Jones Audi adviser stated I do not use the Cabriolet much, hence the odd noise. Professional & Ethical Service! Highly recommended Bimmer & Benz is my go to for the life of my BMW. I wish I had found them sooner. I was scammed by a local mechanic who lied about parts being installed and closed down shop. It goes without saying that I had trust issues, but I needed to have my car repaired with accuracy. Bimmer & Benz had some great reviews I decided to take the chance and I’m so grateful I did. Rocky is the owner and is nothing short of incredible. A caring and genuine professional, concerned about his clients. He has great communication skills, explained and prioritized what needed to be repaired. He sent photos of any issues encountered along with a quote detailing the work to be performed. When I picked up my car it was washed and ready to go. I've been bringing my car to Bimmer and Benz for about six years and am consistently very happy with the service. I bought a used car and they went through it with a fine tooth comb so I knew what I was getting into. Each time I take my car in for service, they send me an eval report with photos, machine reports, and notes. The accompanying estimate is easy to understand. Communication is clear and reliable. Rocky has an absolute passion for what he does - he's like the brain surgeon of car repair! He patiently answers all my questions and helps me make informed decisions. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend - worth every penny for optimal performance and safety on the road!!!

I sent out a request for a pre-sale inspection and heard back relatively quickly via an automated system which allowed me to verify the date and availability of the shop. A thorough inspection was done and provided (via email link) through a very clean and easy to navigate online page where I could access the vehicle scan, photos taken, and estimation invoice. I was better informed of the conditions of the vehicle and was able to act on next steps. Rocky was very personable and informative and gave me a lovely introduction to himself, the location, what they do, warranty policy, and the quality they strive for. He was accommodating in a request I made that took a little time out of his day outside the realm of what the inspection was, and was informative in the response he received from a third party. If this vehicle works out, I look forward to returning to this location for services as needed. ////Update: I ended up keeping the car! All because the willingness of this shop to assist with the third party to get the maintenance up to date. What a phenomenal experience! My next service is marked and I will be returning. They went above and beyond and even more so gave me a call a few days after to make certain everything was running well. I am beyond pleased. My car runs like a DREAM. HIGHLY SUGGGEST THEIR SERVICES!
